Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship eligible LONGWIN orders from Zhejiang, China using Yuntu Small Packet or another suitable service selected for the destination.

For the United States, delivery is typically estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. This estimate covers international transport and final-mile delivery; actual delivery may vary by destination, customs clearance, weather, carrier conditions, peak seasons, and other events outside our control.

Shipping service, shipping cost, and delivery estimate will be shown at checkout or confirmed in the quotation. For wholesale and OEM orders, shipping method, lead time, and trade terms will be confirmed before order acceptance.

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and clearance charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
