1. About this store

This online store is operated under the trade name LONGWIN-CABLEPRO. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to LONGWIN-CABLEPRO. Our store supplies nylon cable ties, wire-management products, and related products for retail and business customers.

2. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to use of the LONGWIN-CABLEPRO online store and to orders placed through it. Product pages, quotations, order confirmations, and written agreements may contain additional terms that apply to a particular order. If there is a conflict, the written quotation, purchase order, sales contract, or order confirmation for that order will control to the extent permitted by law.

3. Product information and specifications

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, sizes, packaging details, materials, colors, and other information accurate. Product images may show packaging or presentation examples. Before placing a business, OEM, private-label, project, or other non-standard order, the customer must rely on the specifications and terms confirmed in the applicable quotation or written order documents. Do not rely on unconfirmed claims or assumptions about performance, certification, compliance, application suitability, or availability.

4. B2C and B2B orders

B2C orders are orders placed by individual consumers through the online store. The LONGWIN-CABLEPRO Returns & Refunds Policy applies only to eligible B2C orders.

Wholesale, distributor, OEM/private-label, project, company, and other B2B orders are handled under the applicable quotation, purchase order, sales contract, or written confirmation. For B2B orders, the agreed documents should specify the applicable product specifications, quantities, packaging, pricing, payment terms, lead time, shipping method, delivery terms, inspection or claim procedure, and any return, replacement, shortage, damage, defect, cancellation, or refund terms.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We may review, accept, decline, or request clarification for an order. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing. We may correct genuine errors in product information, pricing, availability, or shipping estimates before acceptance and will contact the customer when appropriate.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices, currency, taxes, shipping charges, and any applicable duties or fees are shown at checkout or confirmed in the applicable quotation or order documents. Payment must be completed using an available payment method unless different payment terms are agreed in writing. For B2B orders, payment terms are governed by the accepted quotation, purchase order, sales contract, or written confirmation.

7. Shipping, customs, and delivery

Orders may be shipped from Zhejiang, China using the shipping service confirmed at checkout or in the applicable quotation. Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by destination, customs, weather, carrier operations, peak seasons, or events outside our reasonable control. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, and other destination-country fees.

8. Returns, refunds, and claims

B2C returns and refunds are governed by the LONGWIN-CABLEPRO Returns & Refunds Policy. B2B returns, replacements, shortages, transit damage, product defects, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable written B2B agreement. Customers must inspect delivered goods and provide the information and photographs reasonably required to review a damage, defect, shortage, or incorrect-item claim.

9. Custom and special orders

Custom products, custom colors, engineered materials, custom packaging, private-label products, special labeling, and other made-to-order or non-standard items are subject to the applicable written quotation or agreement and may not be cancelable or returnable unless that document or applicable law provides otherwise.

10. Intellectual property

The LONGWIN-CABLEPRO name, website content, product images, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without permission, except as permitted by law.

11. Website use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, or use the website to infringe the rights of others.

12. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms when needed. The version in effect at the time an order is accepted will apply to that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
